Who can use Prime Rips

These terms are between you and Prime Rips ("Prime"). You must be 18 or older and located in an eligible US state to buy packs or add funds. We check your location before purchases. You'll need a valid government ID to cash out.

Your account

• Your account is created on your iPhone when you accept these terms. One account per device.
• Extra accounts may be closed and their balances held for review.
• You're responsible for what happens on your device. You can back up your account with Sign in with Apple.
• The information you give us for cash-outs and shipping must be accurate and yours.

Packs, odds and cards

Each pack contains one real, raw (ungraded) trading card from Prime's inventory, drawn at random from that pack's pool. Before you buy, the app shows every card in the pool, its value, the chance of pulling a card in each value range, and the pack's average value, minimum value and maximum pull. Odds change as cards are pulled; the odds you saw are recorded with every pull. Card values are Prime's estimate of fair market value and aren't a guarantee of resale price.

Your cards

Cards you pull are yours and are stored in Prime's vault. You can keep them in your binder, request shipping (a shipping fee and a minimum number of cards per shipment may apply), or accept a buyback offer from Prime.

Buyback offers

After a pull, Prime may offer to buy the card back for a stated amount. Offers are optional, are valid for a limited time and may change or expire. Accepting an offer transfers the card to Prime and credits your cash balance.

Your balance

• Funds you add can be used for packs and shipping. They can't be withdrawn.
• Cash from buyback offers can be used in the app or withdrawn after identity verification.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimums, fees shown before you confirm, daily and weekly limits, and review.
• Chargebacks or fraud may lead to reversal of related credits and suspension of the account.

Responsible purchasing

You can set daily, weekly and monthly spending limits or take a break from buying in Settings. Lowering a limit or starting a break takes effect immediately; raising or removing a limit takes effect 24 hours after your last change. A break can't be shortened.

Things you can't do

• Use automation, modified apps or devices, or multiple accounts.
• Misrepresent your identity, age or location, or use someone else's payment method.
• Interfere with the service or other users.

Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account by contacting support; cards in the vault can be shipped or sold back first, and eligible cash can be withdrawn subject to verification.
